All right, I’m back again..... well, never went away really but we have been busy little campers....
So, real estate is still humming along. The heady days of hundreds of buyers running round fighting for houses has been long past and now we are back to a “normal” real estate market. Well that’s my opinion anyway!
The Tauranga market seems to be picking up as far as listings available goes and sale prices have dropped a bit with a leveling out apparent.
Sale price expectations of vendors are slowly meeting the buyer expectation which is just a normal process after property booms.
Robyn and I have listed some great properties lately with three auction properties. One has sold prior (39 Chater Ave. Mayfield, Bethlehem) and two are being auctioned on Thursday.... 12 St Michaels Ave. Bethlehem and 113 Lakes Boulevard.
Both lovely properties and there is a bit of interest on both.
We have also just listed a 3926m2 section in Bethlehem with a couple of sheds. Unique property and we have interested parties already! This will also go to auction.
